Dwight Fisher, the owner of Fisher's Kitchen, always dreamed of owning a restaurant. He believed that his family's style of cooking was too good not to share with the world. The Fishers decided to make their dream into a reality and bring a little bit of home to the States. The desire to share the authenticity and unique flavor of Kingston, Jamaica inspired the creation of Fisher's Kitchen. Since its opening day in 2021, Fisher's Kitchen has captured the tastebuds of communities in the Metro-Atlanta area. The restaurant has specifically become a staple in the Conyers/Covington area and has continued to expand its reach.
